Find a Certified SAI Practitioner

Connect with a credentialed constraint diagnostic professional — matched to your industry, situation, and engagement preference.

Request a Practitioner Match ↓

If you are a business owner or executive who has identified a governing constraint — or suspects one exists — and you want direct professional support in diagnosing and resolving it, the SAI Practitioner Referral Network connects you with a certified professional trained in the Schneider Axiom methodology.

This is not a sales call and not a consulting pitch. It is a professional referral to a qualified advisor who has completed the CAS or CAE credential and agreed to uphold SAI's professional and ethical standards. You engage them directly. You negotiate fees directly. SAI makes the introduction.

Not Sure You Need a Practitioner Yet?

The right starting point for most business owners is the $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic. 81 questions. Approximately 30 minutes. Written report naming your specific governing constraint delivered within 72 hours. If the finding reveals a constraint you cannot resolve alone, you can request a practitioner match afterward — with the diagnostic finding in hand, the match will be significantly more precise.

What Is a Certified SAI Practitioner?

Credentialed. Independent. Trained in the Schneider Axiom Methodology.

A certified SAI practitioner is a professional who has earned the Certified Axiom Strategist (CAS) or Certified Axiom Executive (CAE) credential from the Schneider Axiom Institute. They have completed rigorous coursework, demonstrated competency through structured assessment, and agreed to uphold SAI's professional and ethical standards as a condition of certification.

Practitioners are independent professionals. They set their own fees, manage their own client relationships, and are not employees or agents of Schneider Axiom Institute. When you engage a practitioner through the referral network, you work directly with them. SAI makes the introduction and does not manage the engagement.

CAS — Certified Axiom Strategist

Equipped for cross-functional constraint diagnosis and resolution across all seven constraint classes. Best for small to mid-size business engagements.

CAE — Certified Axiom Executive

Equipped for enterprise-level and governance constraint analysis. Best for larger organizations, boards, and private equity engagements.

How the Matching Process Works

Five Steps from Request to Introduction.

1

Submit Your Request

Complete the form below with information about your business, your situation, and the type of support you are seeking. The more specific your description, the more precise the match.

2

SAI Reviews Your Submission

Our team reviews your request to understand your needs, industry, constraint class, and engagement preferences. We respond within 3–5 business days.

3

We Identify the Right Practitioner

Based on your submission, we match you with a certified practitioner whose credential level, industry experience, engagement type, and availability align with your needs. We do not randomly assign practitioners.

4

We Make the Introduction

We introduce you to the practitioner via email. From there, you communicate directly. SAI does not participate in the engagement.

5

You Engage Directly with the Practitioner

You discuss scope, timing, and fees directly with the practitioner. They are an independent professional. SAI does not set their fees, manage the engagement, or receive a portion of their compensation.

How Practitioners Are Selected for Your Match

We Match on Six Criteria. Not One.

We do not randomly assign practitioners. Every match is based on the specific requirements of your engagement.

Certification Level

CAS for cross-functional business engagements. CAE for enterprise and governance-level constraint analysis.

Industry Experience

We consider your industry and match you with practitioners who have relevant operating background.

Engagement Type

Some practitioners specialize in rapid diagnostic engagements. Others provide ongoing advisory support. We match based on what you need.

Delivery Preference

In-person, virtual, or hybrid — we consider your preference and the practitioner's availability.

Availability

We only match you with practitioners who have capacity to take on new engagements at the time of your request.

Geographic Proximity

For in-person engagements, we consider location. For virtual engagements, geography is less relevant.

Engagement Options

Three Engagement Types. Every Constraint Situation.

Practitioners offer various engagement types depending on your needs and the complexity of the constraint. All fee ranges are estimates — actual fees are set by the practitioner and depend on scope, complexity, and engagement duration.

Rapid Diagnostic

$2,500 – $5,000

Focused constraint identification over 1–4 weeks. Best for business owners who need diagnostic clarity fast and a clear resolution pathway to act on immediately.

1–4 Weeks

Ongoing Advisory

$3,000 – $10,000 /mo

Monthly advisory support for constraint resolution and implementation. Best for leaders who want sustained diagnostic guidance as the resolution unfolds.

Monthly Retainer

Enterprise Diagnostic

$15,000 – $50,000+

Comprehensive constraint analysis across divisions, governance, or capital structure. Best for CEOs, boards, and private equity at organizational scale.

CAE Credential Required

Fee ranges are illustrative market benchmarks. Actual fees are set by the practitioner and negotiated directly with you. SAI does not set, control, or receive a portion of practitioner fees.

It's worth noting... The constraint your business is carrying right now is not waiting for this decision. Every week the governing structural factor stays unaddressed is another week of suppressed margin, delayed growth, and compounding cost. The engagement fee for a rapid diagnostic is a fraction of what the constraint produces in suppressed margin in the same period. The question is not whether the engagement is worth it. The question is how much more of the ceiling you are prepared to accept before it is addressed.

Five Standards Every SAI Practitioner Upholds.

Professional Conduct

Practitioners have agreed to uphold professional and ethical standards as a condition of SAI certification.

Methodology Consistency

Practitioners apply the Schneider Axiom diagnostic methodology — a structured, evidence-based approach to constraint identification across all seven constraint classes.

Transparent Pricing

Practitioners set their own fees and discuss pricing directly with you before any engagement begins. No hidden costs. No surprise billing.

Direct Communication

You work directly with the practitioner. SAI makes the introduction and does not manage the engagement, attend sessions, or receive reports.

Confidentiality

Your business information is shared only with the matched practitioner for the purpose of the engagement.
