Schneider Axiom Institute — Practitioner Referral Network

Become a Certified SAI Practitioner

The Practitioner Referral Network is exclusively for CAS and CAE certified professionals. Certification is the first step — and the only requirement to join.

"There is a specific moment in every advisory career when the practitioner stops competing on who they know and starts competing on what they can prove. The credential is not the proof. The written structural finding — delivered in 72 hours, naming the governing constraint before the engagement begins — is the proof. The credential is what tells the client the finding is coming from a methodology rather than an opinion."

— Lawrence M. Schneider, Founder & CEO, Schneider Axiom Institute — Founder of U.S. Lock Corporation, now owned by The Home Depot

The Practitioner Referral Network Is for Certified Professionals Only

This Is Not an Open Directory. Membership Requires Certification.

The Schneider Axiom Institute Practitioner Referral Network connects certified CAS and CAE practitioners with business owners and executives seeking professional diagnostic support. To join the Referral Network, you must hold one of the following active credentials:

Certified Axiom Strategist (CAS) — for advisors and consultants serving clients

Certified Axiom Executive (CAE) — for senior advisors operating at enterprise and governance level

FDC credential holders are not eligible. The Foundational Diagnostic Credential prepares you to diagnose constraints within your own business or area of responsibility. CAS and CAE certifications prepare you to advise others — which is why only CAS and CAE practitioners are eligible for referrals. If you are not yet certified, see How to Become Eligible below.

Why the Certification Requirement Exists

We are selective about who we refer because our reputation depends on it. When a business owner contacts us for help, they trust that the practitioner we match them with has completed rigorous training in the Schneider Axiom diagnostic methodology, demonstrated competence through coursework and assessment, agreed to uphold professional and ethical standards, and earned a verifiable certification from Schneider Axiom Institute.

This is not a directory of anyone who wants to be listed. It is a network of professionals who have invested in mastering a proven methodology — and who we trust to represent that methodology with integrity. That is why certification is required. No exceptions.

Benefits of Joining the Referral Network

Eight Benefits That Activate the Moment You Are Certified.

Inbound Client Visibility — No Marketing Cost

Your listing puts your name in front of pre-qualified business owners who have come to SAI specifically because they need constraint diagnostic support. Warm, intent-driven traffic. No cold outreach required.

Association With an Established Brand

Being listed as an SAI-certified practitioner associates your name with the only credentialed constraint methodology platform in existence. You benefit from SAI's institutional positioning without bearing the cost.

Differentiation From Uncredentialed Competitors

Most consultants and coaches carry no specific credential in constraint-based business improvement. Your listing immediately differentiates you. Clients searching for structured help gravitate toward verifiable training.

A Community of Peers

Network membership connects you with other CAS and CAE practitioners who have made the same investment in mastering this methodology — a resource for referrals, collaborative engagements, and professional accountability.

Collaborative Referral Opportunities

Network members may refer clients to one another when a project falls outside their geographic area, industry focus, or capacity. Your certification continues to generate opportunity even when you are not actively marketing.

Strengthened Client Proposals

When a prospective client asks why they should hire you over another consultant, your SAI certification provides a concrete, verifiable answer — a rigorous curriculum, a professional community, and a documented proven methodology.

Access to Updated Tools and Resources

Referral Network members receive access to updated SAI frameworks, tools, and resources as the curriculum evolves — keeping your practice current without requiring you to build new intellectual property from scratch.

A Foundation for Your Practice Brand

SAI certification is a credential you earn and own permanently. It travels with your professional identity whether you are building a solo practice, a small firm, or adding advisory services to an existing career.

Who Should Join

The Referral Network Is Designed for Professionals Who Advise Business Owners.

Business Coaches and Consultants

You already advise business owners. CAS or CAE certification adds a structured, proven methodology to your practice — and the Referral Network connects you with clients seeking exactly that.

Fractional Executives — CFOs, COOs, CEOs

You work inside businesses facing constraints every week. Certification gives you a systematic diagnostic framework. The Referral Network brings you additional clients.

Management Consultants

You specialize in strategy, operations, or organizational improvement. Constraint-based diagnosis complements your existing toolkit and differentiates your practice at the proposal stage.

EOS Implementors and Strategic Advisors

You understand systems thinking. The Schneider Axiom methodology identifies the structural constraint the EOS framework is operating inside — deepening your diagnostic capability significantly.

Industry-Specific Advisors

You serve a specific sector — construction, manufacturing, distribution, professional services. Certification gives you a universal diagnostic framework applicable across every situation within it.

Aspiring Consultants

You want to build an advisory practice but lack a structured methodology. CAS or CAE certification provides the framework, the credibility, and the client pipeline to launch with authority.

How the Referral Network Works

Six Steps from Certification to Client Engagement.

1

Earn CAS or CAE Certification

Complete the required coursework, assessments, and certification requirements. CAS is available for immediate enrollment. CAE requires a brief application reviewed personally by Lawrence M. Schneider.

2

Opt In to the Referral Network

Upon certification, you may choose to be listed in the Referral Network. Participation is voluntary — the credential is yours regardless of whether you join.

3

Create Your Practitioner Profile

Provide your professional background, industry experience, engagement preferences, and geographic availability.

4

Receive Referral Matches

When a business owner submits a referral request, we review their situation and match them with an appropriate practitioner based on industry, scope, availability, and fit.

5

Connect Directly with the Client

We introduce you via email. From there, you discuss scope, timing, and fees directly with the client. SAI does not participate in the engagement.

6

Deliver Results

You diagnose the constraint, advise on resolution, and help the client take focused action — using the methodology you earned through certification. You keep everything you earn.

What SAI Does — and Does Not Do

You Are an Independent Professional. SAI Is Not Your Employer.

What SAI Does

Verifies that you hold active CAS or CAE certification

Lists you in the Referral Network directory if you opt in

Matches you with business owners based on fit

Introduces you to matched clients via email

 Provides updated tools and resources

What SAI Does Not Do

Set your fees — you control your pricing

 Manage your client relationships

 Supervise or review your work

 Guarantee referrals or income

Take a commission from your client engagements

You are an independent professional. You run your own practice. SAI provides the training, the credential, and the client pipeline — you deliver the results and keep everything you earn.

Referral Network Fees

No Additional Cost. Your Certification Is Your Only Investment.

Your CAS or CAE certification includes eligibility for the Referral Network at no extra cost. There are no listing fees, no monthly fees, and no commissions taken from your client engagements. Your certification investment is your only cost. Everything you earn from referrals is yours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Enroll.

Can I join the Referral Network with only the FDC?

No. The FDC prepares you to diagnose constraints within your own business. CAS and CAE prepare you to advise others. Only CAS and CAE practitioners are eligible for the Referral Network.

Is there a fee to join the Referral Network?

No. Referral Network eligibility is included with CAS and CAE certification at no additional cost. There are no listing fees, monthly fees, or commissions taken from your client engagements.

Does SAI take a percentage of my client fees?

No. What you earn from referrals is entirely yours. SAI does not charge commissions, referral fees, or take any portion of your client engagements.

How are referrals assigned?

We match practitioners with clients based on industry experience, engagement type, availability, geographic proximity, and fit. We do not guarantee any specific number of referrals or income.

Can I set my own fees?

Yes. You are an independent professional. You set your own fees and negotiate directly with clients. SAI does not set, control, or receive a portion of your engagement fees.

What if I am not available when a referral comes in?

Let us know your availability status by contacting info@schneideraxiom.org. We will only match you with clients when you have indicated you have capacity for new engagements.

Is participation in the Referral Network required?

No. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may earn the CAS or CAE credential without opting into the Referral Network. The credential is yours regardless.

What is the difference between CAS and CAE for referral purposes?

Both CAS and CAE are eligible for the Referral Network. CAE practitioners receive priority placement for enterprise-level and executive engagements. Both receive inbound client introductions based on fit and availability.

How do I update my practitioner profile?

Contact info@schneideraxiom.org to update your profile information, availability, or engagement preferences at any time.
