SAI Strategic Advisory Partner Program
Become an SAI Strategic Advisory Partner
Make Professional Introductions. Add Value to Relationships You Already Have. Receive Applicable Referral Compensation.
Schneider Axiom Institute — Strategic Advisory Partner Program
You already work with business owners, executives, professionals, or organizations. You hear the questions. You see the recurring problems. You recognize when growth has stalled, margins are deteriorating, execution is breaking down, leadership is overloaded, or improvement efforts keep addressing symptoms without changing the result.
You do not have to diagnose the governing constraint. You do not have to become an SAI-Credentialed Practitioner. And you do not have to change the professional role you have already earned.
As an approved SAI Strategic Advisory Partner, you can recognize when an SAI offering may be an appropriate next step, make the professional introduction, and receive applicable referral compensation when an eligible purchase results under the current Partner Program terms.

A Personal Invitation
A Personal Invitation from Lawrence M. Schneider
Why I Created the Strategic Advisory Partner Program
I spent more than fifty years diagnosing and operating businesses before founding the Schneider Axiom Institute.
During those years, I saw the same pattern repeatedly. A business could have many legitimate problems at the same time — declining revenue, margin pressure, cash shortages, execution failures, organizational friction, leadership overload, or strategic uncertainty. But not every problem was equally important. One was governing the performance limitation. Until we identified that governing constraint, we could spend enormous amounts of time, money, and effort improving problems that were real — but were not governing the result.
That operating experience ultimately became the foundation for what SAI now teaches as The Business Constraint Discipline™.
Today, trusted professionals encounter business owners facing these situations every day. You may be the CPA who sees the numbers changing. The attorney who sees the organizational or governance issue recurring. The consultant who sees another improvement initiative failing to hold. The financial advisor who sees business-value risk. The executive advisor who sees the same operating problems returning.
You do not have to know the diagnosis to recognize when better diagnosis may be needed.
That is why I created the SAI Strategic Advisory Partner Program. If you have trusted relationships with business owners and leaders, you can help them reach a better starting point without pretending to know what is governing the result. You make the introduction. SAI does the SAI work. And when an eligible purchase results from your introduction under the applicable Partner Program terms, you receive the published referral compensation.

Not a Generic Affiliate Program
This Is Not a Generic Affiliate Program
The Relationship Begins With Professional Judgment — Not Product Promotion.
The question is not: What can I sell this person?
The better question is:
What Does This Business Owner Need Next?
Sometimes the answer may be nothing from SAI. Sometimes another professional in your network may be the appropriate next step. And sometimes the business owner may need governing-constraint diagnosis, diagnostic capability, or another SAI resource. That is when a Strategic Advisory Partner can make an appropriate introduction.
Recognition Is Not Diagnosis.
You are not expected to identify the governing constraint.
You are not expected to prescribe the corrective sequence.
You are not expected to perform SAI diagnostic work unless you are separately qualified to do so.
You Recognize. You Introduce. SAI Delivers.

Is This Right for You?
Is the Strategic Advisory Partner Program Right for You?
It Is Designed for Professionals Who Already Have Trusted Business Relationships.
The program may be appropriate if you already work with, advise, serve, educate, or maintain meaningful professional relationships with business owners and leaders.
Potential Strategic Advisory Partners include:
CPAs and accounting professionals
Business attorneys
Financial advisors and wealth managers
Business advisors and consultants
Executive and business coaches
Fractional executives
Exit planning and M&A professionals
CEO peer-group and mastermind leaders
HR and organizational advisors
Private equity and portfolio-support professionals
Economic-development and business-support professionals
Authors, educators, and professional content creators with established business audiences
Other professionals whose existing relationships place them in a position to recognize when a business owner may need a better diagnostic starting point
You do not need to build a new profession around SAI. You do not need to become an SAI-Credentialed Practitioner. You do not need to diagnose the businesses you introduce. But you should already have credible professional relationships, an established business network, or an appropriate audience.
This Program Is Built Around Trust You Already Have — Not an Audience You Hope to Build.

Professional Standards
Professional Standards Matter
Your Reputation Matters. So Does Ours.
An SAI Strategic Advisory Partner relationship is built around professional trust. Approved Partners are expected to maintain the following standards.
Accurate Representation
Represent Schneider Axiom Institute, The Business Constraint Discipline™, and applicable SAI offerings accurately. Do not make false, exaggerated, misleading, or unsupported claims. Do not guarantee outcomes.
Clear Disclosure
Disclose the Partner relationship and potential compensation where required by applicable law or regulation.
Ethical Communication
Do not use spam, deceptive advertising, misleading representations, trademark infringement, or other inappropriate promotional practices.
Professional Judgment
Recommend an SAI offering only when you reasonably believe it may provide an appropriate next step for the person or organization you are introducing.
Role Clarity
Do not represent yourself as an SAI employee, agent, diagnostician, or SAI-Credentialed Practitioner unless you independently hold the applicable status.
The Standard Is Simple: Protect the Client Relationship, Your Reputation, and SAI's.
Partner and Practitioner
Partner and Practitioner Are Different Roles
You May Ultimately Choose One — or Qualify to Do Both.
SAI Strategic Advisory Partner
Recognize · Introduce · Connect
You recognize when an SAI offering may be an appropriate next step. You make the introduction. SAI provides the applicable SAI product, program, resource, or next step. You may receive applicable referral compensation when the governing terms are satisfied.
No SAI credential is required to apply.
SAI-Credentialed Practitioner
Identify · Resolve · Verify · Reassess
You develop professional governing-constraint diagnostic and resolution capability. You work directly with businesses in your professional capacity. You establish your own engagements and professional fees.
Applicable credential and Practitioner Network participation requirements apply.
Can You Do Both?
Yes.
An appropriately qualified SAI-Credentialed Practitioner may also participate as a Strategic Advisory Partner, subject to the requirements and terms of each program.
Credentialing does not by itself guarantee Practitioner Network participation, client matches, referrals, engagements, or income.
Experience What You May Introduce
Should You Complete the Diagnostic Yourself?
It Is Not Required to Apply. We Recommend Experiencing What You May Introduce to Others.
Completing the $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic™ is not a prerequisite for applying to become an SAI Strategic Advisory Partner. But there is professional value in experiencing the process yourself.
You see the questions.
You experience the diagnostic process.
You receive the 2,200+ word written finding within 72 hours.
And you gain firsthand understanding of why SAI places diagnosis before prescription.
