“Most organizations would not write this page. They would bury the business model in fine print, hide the profit motive behind mission language, and hope nobody asked the hard questions. We are doing the opposite.”

— Lawrence M. Schneider, Founder & CEO, Schneider Axiom Institute — Founder of U.S. Lock Corporation, now owned by The Home Depot

Before you join The Axiom Leaders Circle, before you complete the diagnostic, before you purchase a single credential — we want you to understand exactly how SAI operates, how The Circle operates, where they overlap, and why we believe this transparency makes everything we do stronger and more trustworthy.

If what we tell you here aligns with your values, you belong in The Circle. If it does not, we respect that too.

Question One

What Does SAI Sell?

The Schneider Axiom Institute is a for-profit organization. We sell four things. We are not apologizing for it — we are telling you clearly so you understand exactly what we are and how we sustain ourselves.

The Business Constraint Diagnostic — $89

An 81-question diagnostic that identifies which of the Seven Classes of Business Constraints is governing the limit on your organization's growth. Approximately 30 minutes. Every SAI journey begins here.

The FDC — Foundational Diagnostic Credential — $697

For individual business owners who want to diagnose and eliminate their own constraints without relying on outside consultants. You learn to find the constraint yourself, understand its governing structure, and build the systematic capability to resolve it.

The CAS — Certified Axiom Strategist — $1,997

For advisors, consultants, coaches, and practitioners who work with multiple clients. A proprietary, systematic methodology for diagnosing constraints in the businesses and organizations you serve — elevating your practice and your credibility.

The CAE — Certified Axiom Executive — $4,997

For C-Suite executives — CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, and CHRO — the highest-ranking decision-makers who set strategy, control budgets, and have organizational authority. Executive-level mastery of constraint identification and elimination across the entire organization.

Question Two

What Does SAI Not Sell?

SAI does not sell Circle membership. It is free.
SAI does not sell the solutions that Circle members find together. The knowledge that emerges from peer discussions and shared constraint resolutions belongs to everyone in The Circle — at no cost.
SAI does not profit from what you discover inside The Circle. When you post a constraint challenge and a Circle member from a completely different industry helps you find the answer — that exchange costs you nothing. That knowledge belongs to the community.
The Circle is not a revenue stream for SAI. It is the movement that gives SAI's work its meaning.

Question Three

Why Does The Circle Require the Diagnostic?

This is the question most people ask. If The Circle is free, why does joining require completing an $89 diagnostic?

“The diagnostic is not a membership fee. It is a qualification.”

— The organizing principle of The Axiom Leaders Circle

Every conversation inside The Circle assumes members share a common diagnostic language — the Seven Classes of Business Constraints, the methodology of identifying the governing constraint, and the discipline of eliminating it systematically. Without that shared foundation, conversations lose their precision. The community loses its value.

The diagnostic gives you that foundation. It is not a ticket to The Circle. It is the tool that makes you ready to contribute meaningfully to it.

A medical conference does not require a medical degree to profit from attendance. It requires one because the conversations assume a shared level of knowledge. The diagnostic is SAI's equivalent.

We make money on the diagnostic. We do not pretend otherwise. But the reason it is required is not commercial — it is structural. It is what makes The Circle work.

Question Four

How Do the Credentials Relate to The Circle?

The FDC, CAS, and CAE programs are completely optional for Circle membership. Completing the diagnostic qualifies you. The credentials are never required.

The Circle and the credentials serve fundamentally different purposes.

The Circle Gives You Peer Wisdom

The Circle connects you with leaders across forty-plus market segments who share your diagnostic language and have already solved what you are currently facing.

The Credentials Give You the Discipline

The credentials teach you the systematic methodology to diagnose and eliminate constraints yourself — building the internal capability to find and resolve the governing constraint in any organization you lead or serve.

“The Circle connects you with others doing this work. The credentials teach you how to do it.”

You can join The Circle, benefit from the community, and never purchase a credential. That is a completely legitimate choice. But if you want the deep systematic capability that changes how you lead and how you serve clients for the rest of your career — the credential programs are how you get there. We sell them. We believe in them completely. And we want you to decide with full information.

Question Five

Is The Circle a Non-Profit?

The Axiom Leaders Circle operates within SAI — a for-profit organization. The Circle is not separately incorporated as a non-profit entity.

However, The Circle operates on a non-profit principle: no membership fees, no profit from the knowledge members share, no monetization of the community itself.

The Circle is sustained by SAI's product revenue. That revenue funds the platform, the moderation, and the development that makes The Circle function. Without SAI's business model, The Circle could not exist.

“The business sustains the movement. The movement gives the business its purpose.”

Question Six

What Is SAI's Ultimate Vision for The Circle?

We are building toward tens of thousands of leaders — across forty-plus national market segments — united by one discipline: identifying and eliminating the constraint that is actually governing their organization's growth.

No vanity. No single person at the center. No guru. Just the work. And the leaders doing it alongside each other.

We want The Axiom Leaders Circle to become the national standard for constraint-literate leadership — the community serious business and institutional leaders turn to when they are ready to stop treating symptoms and start finding the real problem.

That vision requires trust. And trust requires transparency. This page is how we build it.

Your next step is simple. Complete the $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic. 81 questions. 30 minutes. Your Circle membership activates immediately upon completion.

Every member of The Axiom Leaders Circle began with a single question: What is the one constraint that is actually holding my business back? The Business Constraint Diagnostic answers that question in 81 questions — and opens the door to a community of leaders who have asked it too.
