So Growth Can Accelerate, Margins Can Improve, Decisions Can Get Easier, and Teams Can Execute

Revenue may be slowing. Margins may be deteriorating. Execution may be inconsistent. Growth may have stalled.
Those problems may all be real.
But the Problem Demanding the Most Attention May Not Be the Problem Governing the Result.
The SAI Credentialed Practitioner Directory™ connects business owners, leaders, and organizations with qualified professionals trained to examine the evidence, distinguish symptoms from underlying causes, identify the governing constraint, and help determine what should be addressed first.
Looking for a Practitioner?
Find a verified SAI credential holder in your market segment. Every listing is authenticated before it goes live. No self-reported claims. Every name earned the right to be there.

When You Know Something Is Wrong—but Are Not Certain What to Solve First
A business may be experiencing declining revenue, margin pressure, execution failure, recurring operational problems, leadership strain, cash pressure, or stalled growth.
Those problems may all be real. But they may not all be equally important. And the most visible problem may not be the problem governing performance.
An SAI-Credentialed Practitioner helps a business or organization examine the evidence, distinguish symptoms and secondary problems from underlying structural causes, and determine which governing constraint should be addressed first.
Where appropriate, the practitioner can then help the organization resolve the constraint, verify that corrective action holds over time, and reassess what governs performance next.
The Purpose Is Not More Advice. It Is Better Diagnosis Before More Action.
Why This Directory Exists
Finding a Professional Is Easy. Knowing What Stands Behind the Claim Is Harder.
Advisor. Consultant. Coach. Strategist. Business expert. Those descriptions can mean almost anything. Experience, references, industry knowledge, and results all matter.
But when a business is trying to determine what should be solved first, another capability matters:
Can the Professional Distinguish the Visible Symptoms From the Governing Constraint Producing Them?
Every practitioner represented in this Directory holds an applicable SAI credential verified against Schneider Axiom Institute records and satisfies the practitioner-listing requirements established for the professional services represented.
No self-reported SAI credentials. No implied credential status.
The Credential Shown Is the Credential Earned.
What an SAI Credential Tells You
A Credential Is Evidence. It Is Not a Guarantee.
An applicable SAI credential tells you that the practitioner has completed a defined Schneider Axiom Institute learning and assessment pathway. It does not mean every practitioner is right for every business. It does not replace your evaluation of professional experience, references, specialty, engagement approach, or fit. And it does not guarantee a particular result.
What it does provide is meaningful evidence:
The Practitioner Has Completed Formal Development and Assessment in the Diagnostic Principles of the Business Constraint Discipline™.
That gives you a better starting point for deciding whom you want to speak with.
Not Every SAI Credential Serves the Same Purpose
The Credential Matters

FDC — Foundational Diagnostic Credential
For Business Owners & Leaders
Develops foundational capability to identify, resolve, verify, and reassess governing constraints within the leader's own organizational context.
FDC alone does not establish eligibility to provide outside professional diagnostic services.

CAS — Certified Axiom Strategist
For Advisors, Consultants & Coaches — Principal Practitioner Credential
SAI's principal professional pathway for professionals who advise or serve other businesses and organizations. CAS develops the capability to approach client problems through systematic governing-constraint diagnosis rather than beginning with a predetermined prescription.

CAE — Certified Axiom Executive
For C-Suite Executives — SAI's Highest Credential
SAI's advanced executive credential for diagnostic capability at organizational, enterprise, and governance scale. CAE holders may appear in the Practitioner Directory when their professional role and services satisfy applicable practitioner-listing requirements.
Who Appears in This Directory?
Credentialed Does Not Automatically Mean Practitioner-Eligible
Completing the Business Constraint Diagnostic™ does not qualify someone to appear as an SAI-Credentialed Practitioner.
Membership in The Axiom Leaders Circle™ does not qualify someone to appear as an SAI-Credentialed Practitioner.
And holding a credential designed primarily for capability within one's own organization does not automatically establish eligibility to provide professional diagnostic services to others.
The Directory Is Reserved for Professionals Who Satisfy the Applicable Credential and Practitioner-Listing Requirements.
That distinction protects the business owner seeking help. It also protects the meaning of the SAI credentials themselves.

Find the Right Practitioner for Your Business
Start With Your Operating Context
A manufacturing company does not operate like a family business. A restaurant group does not operate like a CPA practice. A private-equity portfolio company does not operate like a municipal organization.
Industry experience alone cannot identify the governing constraint. But relevant operating experience can help a practitioner understand the economics, relationships, terminology, and structural realities surrounding the evidence.

Why Market Segment Matters
Context Informs the Inquiry. Evidence Determines the Conclusion.
Two businesses in the same industry can be governed by completely different constraints. Two businesses in entirely different industries can be governed by the same class of constraint.
A market segment therefore does not determine the diagnosis. It provides context.
Market Experience Helps the Practitioner Understand the Environment. Diagnostic Discipline Determines What the Evidence Means.
What You Will Find on a Practitioner Profile
Enough Information to Decide Whether a Conversation Makes Sense
A practitioner profile may include:
Verified SAI credential · Professional title · Market segments · Professional specialties · City and state · Geographic reach · Engagement format · Client-size preferences · Professional summary · Firm information · Website · Availability
The Directory does not decide whom you should hire.
It Gives You Better Information From Which to Decide Whom You Want to Know More About.
Every SAI Credential Is Verified
You Should Not Have to Guess Whether a Credential Is Real
Credential status displayed in the Directory is verified against Schneider Axiom Institute records before publication. Where appropriate, credential status may also be confirmed through SAI's separate credential-verification process.
Verification confirms the credential represented. It does not endorse every service offered by the credential holder or guarantee professional results.
Verification Establishes What Was Earned. You Decide Whom to Engage.
Five Questions to Ask Before You Engage a Practitioner
A Better Conversation Begins With Better Questions
01
What SAI Credential Do You Hold?
Understand the formal development and assessment behind the designation.
02
What Experience Do You Have With Businesses Like Mine?
Relevant experience can improve understanding of your operating context.
03
How Do You Determine What Is Actually Governing the Problem?
A diagnostician should not assume that the visible symptom identifies the governing constraint.
04
What Evidence Would You Examine Before Recommending Action?
Diagnosis should precede prescription.
05
How Will We Know Whether the Constraint Has Actually Been Resolved?
Corrective action is not enough. Verification should establish that the resolution holds over time, followed by reassessment of what governs performance next.
The Right Professional Should Welcome These Questions.
Don't Just Ask What They Would Do. Ask How They Would Know What to Do First.

Directory Status
Quality Before Quantity. Verification Before Publication.
We are building the Directory deliberately. We will not populate it with placeholder practitioners or unverified credential claims simply to make it appear larger. Each published practitioner must satisfy applicable listing requirements, and SAI credential status must be verified before publication.
Every Listing Should Mean Something.

Make Sure Businesses Can Find You Here.
