The Axiom Leaders Circle is different. It operates on a non-profit principle. Membership is free. The solutions members find together cost nothing. The knowledge that emerges from peer discussions and shared constraint resolutions belongs to everyone — at no cost.
SAI's product revenue sustains the infrastructure that makes The Circle possible. Without the business, the movement cannot function. Without the movement, the business has no purpose.

Circle membership does not teach you the systematic methodology of constraint identification and elimination. That is what the FDC, CAS, and CAE credential programs are for. The Circle connects you with peers who share that discipline. The credentials give you the discipline itself.
Circle membership does not guarantee that your constraint will be identified and solved by other members. The Circle is a peer community — not a consulting service. Members share knowledge and experience generously. But the work of identifying and eliminating your governing constraint is ultimately yours to do.
Circle membership does not replace the credential programs.
