Section 1Who We Are

Schneider Axiom Institute LLC (“SAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a professional education, credentialing, and methodology institution that trains business owners, executives, and advisors to identify and remove the governing constraints limiting performance inside organizations. Our methodology was developed by Lawrence M. Schneider over fifty years of direct operating experience running real companies across manufacturing, distribution, construction, land development, and franchising.

Our principal offerings include:

  • The $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic — an 81-question structured assessment delivering a written finding identifying the governing structural constraint in a specific operating business
  • The Foundational Diagnostic Credential (FDC) — $697
  • The Certified Axiom Strategist (CAS) — $1,997
  • The Certified Axiom Executive (CAE) — $4,997
  • SAI eBizBooks Series — 21 volumes by Lawrence M. Schneider
  • The SAI Practitioner Referral Network — connecting certified practitioners with business owners seeking constraint diagnostic support
  • Free content including Coffee with Larry, white papers, articles, videos, and downloadable resources

When these Terms refer to “you” or “your,” they mean the individual or entity accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services.

Section 2Acceptance of Terms

By doing any of the following, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety:

  • Visiting or browsing this website
  • Creating an account
  • Purchasing any product or service
  • Submitting any form — contact, diagnostic, application, or referral request
  • Downloading any content
  • Subscribing to any SAI email list
  • Participating in Coffee with Larry or any consultation, whether free or paid
  • Enrolling in any credential or certification program
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you personally represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have that authority, do not accept these Terms and do not use this website or purchase any product on behalf of that entity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of this website or our services after modifications are posted constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to stop using this website and our services immediately.

Section 3Eligibility

To use this website and purchase our products and services, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all interactions with SAI
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law, regulation, or court order
  • Not have been previously suspended or terminated from any SAI product or service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity, at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability.

Section 4Account Registration

Certain products and services — including credential programs — require account creation to access course materials after purchase.

Your obligations:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and update it promptly if it changes
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of your login credentials at all times
  • Notify us immediately at info@schneideraxiom.org if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account, whether authorized or not
Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. If you share your credentials and unauthorized access or misuse results, you bear full responsibility for all consequences, including loss of access, revocation of credentials, and liability for any harm caused.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or compromised account security.

Section 5Products and Services

$89 Business Constraint Diagnostic

You complete an 81-question structured diagnostic assessment online in approximately 30 minutes. Within 72 hours of submission you receive a written diagnostic finding identifying your primary governing constraint, the structural category in which it lives, the estimated financial impact of leaving it unaddressed, a prioritized corrective direction, and video guidance on interpreting and acting on the result. Your report is prepared using the SAI proprietary methodology and reviewed personally by Lawrence M. Schneider before delivery. It is not computer-generated. The accuracy of your finding is directly dependent on the honesty and specificity of your answers.

Credential Programs — FDC, CAS, CAE

Our credential programs are self-paced online courses delivering video instruction, all 21 volumes of the SAI eBizBooks Series, downloadable tools and templates, and structured assessments. Enrollment grants lifetime access to all course materials with no expiration.

Credentials are earned through demonstrated competence — not purchased. Completing the coursework alone does not entitle you to the credential designation. You must complete all required coursework, conduct a diagnostic on a real operating business, submit your work for review, and pass the written assessment. Every credential submission is reviewed personally by Lawrence M. Schneider before the credential is issued. Credentials that are not earned through this complete process will not be issued under any circumstances.

Upon successful completion, you receive a permanent credential that is verifiable in real time at schneideraxiom.org/verify. The credential designation — FDC, CAS, or CAE — is yours for life, subject to the conduct and revocation provisions in Section 9.

SAI eBizBooks Series

Digital products delivered as downloadable files. Once purchased, you have lifetime access. All sales are final. No refunds on e-books under any circumstances.

SAI Practitioner Referral Network

The Referral Network connects business owners seeking constraint diagnostic support with certified CAS and CAE practitioners. SAI does not employ, supervise, control, or direct practitioners in the network. Practitioners are independent professionals solely responsible for their own services, fees, engagements, and outcomes. SAI does not guarantee any specific results, referral volume, or income for practitioners or clients.

Coffee with Larry

A free 15-minute video or phone call with Lawrence M. Schneider. No pitch. No obligation. No follow-up pressure. Availability is subject to Lawrence M. Schneider’s schedule. We reserve the right to limit availability and decline requests at our sole discretion. Coffee with Larry is a courtesy — not a guaranteed service.

Section 6Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Current prices:

  • $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic: $89.00
  • Foundational Diagnostic Credential (FDC): $697.00
  • Certified Axiom Strategist (CAS): $1,997.00
  • Certified Axiom Executive (CAE): $4,997.00
  • SAI eBizBooks Series: Vol. 1 — $2.99; Vols. 2–21 — $9.99 each

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card information.

You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, VAT, or other governmental charges required by your jurisdiction. These may be added at checkout where required by law.

If your payment fails or is reversed for any reason, we reserve the right to immediately suspend access to all products and services associated with that payment without notice, until the payment is resolved in full. Failure to resolve a failed payment within 14 days may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all access rights without refund.

Section 7Refund Policy

$89 Business Constraint Diagnostic — Strictly Limited Refund Window

The $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic is the only SAI product eligible for a refund under any circumstances. If within 72 hours of receiving your written diagnostic finding you believe the report did not identify a clear, actionable structural constraint, email info@schneideraxiom.org within that 72-hour window for a full refund.

After 72 hours from the time of report delivery, the refund window closes permanently. No exceptions. No extensions. No refunds will be issued after this window regardless of circumstances.

Credential Programs and E-Books — All Sales Strictly Final

All credential program enrollments — FDC, CAS, and CAE — and all SAI eBizBooks Series purchases are final at the moment of purchase. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Failure to complete the program
  • Failure to pass the assessment
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the content
  • Personal or business circumstances that prevent completion
  • Technical difficulties on your end
  • Duplicate purchases
These are digital products with immediate access upon purchase. The no-refund policy is absolute. If you are uncertain whether a credential program is right for you, complete the $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic first, review our free content, and schedule a Coffee with Larry call before enrolling. Do not purchase if you are not committed.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting SAI first is a violation of these Terms. If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently suspend your account, revoke access to all products and services, revoke any credential issued to you, remove you from the Practitioner Referral Network, and contest the chargeback with full documentation of your purchase, access history, and these Terms. We take chargebacks seriously and pursue them vigorously. Contact us first. We are direct and we resolve legitimate issues quickly.

Section 8Delivery of Digital Products

All SAI products are delivered digitally:

  • $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic: Written finding delivered by email within 72 hours of your questionnaire submission.
  • Credential Programs: Access to course materials provided within 24 hours of confirmed payment via email with login credentials.
  • SAI eBizBooks Series: Download links delivered by email within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

If you do not receive your product within the stated timeframe, check your spam and junk folders first. If the product is not there, email info@schneideraxiom.org immediately. We will resolve confirmed delivery failures promptly.

SAI is not responsible for delivery failures caused by: incorrect email addresses provided by you, spam filters or security settings on your email system, full or inactive email inboxes, corporate email systems that block external senders, or any other technical conditions on your end. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, active email address and to ensure your inbox can receive SAI communications. Delivery failure caused by conditions on your end does not entitle you to a refund or extension of any refund window.

Section 9Credential Use and Restrictions

Upon verified completion of all credential requirements, you are authorized to use the credential designation permanently, subject to the restrictions and revocation provisions below.

You are authorized to:

  • Use the credential designation after your name — FDC, CAS, or CAE (e.g., Jane Smith, CAS)
  • Represent yourself as a certified practitioner of the Schneider Axiom methodology
  • Reference your credential in professional marketing materials, resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and client communications
  • Deploy the SAI diagnostic methodology with clients (CAS and CAE holders only, within the scope of your credential)
You are strictly prohibited from:
  • Using any credential designation before all requirements have been verified and the credential formally issued by SAI
  • Claiming a credential level higher than the one you hold
  • Using the Schneider Axiom Institute name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, employment, or organizational affiliation without our prior written authorization
  • Transferring, selling, lending, or assigning your credential to any other person under any circumstances
  • Continuing to use the credential designation after it has been revoked
  • Misrepresenting the scope, standing, or nature of your credential in any professional context

Credential Verification: All credentials are verifiable in real time at schneideraxiom.org/verify. Employers, clients, institutions, and members of the public may verify your credential status at any time.

Revocation: SAI reserves the right to revoke any credential at any time, without refund, if you:

  • Obtained the credential through fraud, misrepresentation, or academic dishonesty of any kind
  • Violate any provision of these Terms of Service
  • Engage in conduct that harms clients, the public, the profession, or the reputation of Schneider Axiom Institute LLC
  • Misrepresent your credential or its scope in any professional context
  • Use the credential in any way that brings disrepute to SAI or its methodology
Upon revocation, you must immediately and permanently cease all use of the credential designation in every professional context — including but not limited to: your name, business cards, email signatures, LinkedIn profiles, website bio pages, marketing materials, proposals, and verbal representations. Continued use of a revoked credential is subject to legal action.

Section 10Practitioner Referral Network — Practitioner Terms

If you are a certified CAS or CAE practitioner participating in the SAI Practitioner Referral Network, the following additional terms apply to you in full.

Eligibility: Only CAS and CAE practitioners in current good standing are eligible. FDC holders are not eligible. Eligibility terminates immediately upon revocation of your credential for any reason.

Independence: You are an independent professional. You are not an employee, agent, contractor, or representative of Schneider Axiom Institute LLC in any capacity. SAI assumes no responsibility for your services, advice, fees, contracts, deliverables, or client relationships.

Professional Standards: By participating in the Referral Network, you agree unconditionally to:

  • Conduct yourself ethically and professionally in all client engagements
  • Apply the Schneider Axiom diagnostic methodology as taught and credentialed
  • Communicate honestly and transparently with clients at all times
  • Honor all commitments and deliver on all promises made to clients
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality
  • Never guarantee specific business results to clients
  • Never disparage Schneider Axiom Institute LLC, Lawrence M. Schneider, or other practitioners in any public or professional forum
  • Never misrepresent the nature, scope, or limitations of the SAI methodology
Violation of any professional standard listed above is grounds for immediate removal from the Referral Network, revocation of your credential, and potential legal action — without refund of any program fees paid.

Fees and Compensation: You set your own fees. You invoice clients directly. You collect payment directly. SAI charges no commission, referral fee, or revenue share on any client engagement — ever. Your income is entirely your own.

Removal from Network: We reserve the right to remove any practitioner from the Referral Network at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, client complaints, unethical conduct, failure to maintain active certification, or conduct that harms SAI’s reputation. Removal from the network does not revoke your credential unless a separate revocation determination is made.

Section 11Practitioner Referral Network — Client Terms

If you are a business owner or executive requesting a referral through the SAI Practitioner Referral Network, the following terms apply to you unconditionally.

Complete Independence of Practitioners: All practitioners listed in the Referral Network are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of Schneider Axiom Institute LLC. SAI certifies that practitioners have completed required training and demonstrated competence in the diagnostic methodology. SAI does not supervise, direct, control, or monitor practitioner engagements.

No Guarantee of Results: SAI makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind regarding the results, outcomes, performance, or conduct of any referred practitioner. Business improvement outcomes depend entirely on the practitioner’s work and your own actions and circumstances. SAI is not responsible for any outcome — positive or negative — of any practitioner engagement.

No Liability: Schneider Axiom Institute LLC is not liable for any advice, recommendations, opinions, actions, omissions, errors, or conduct of any practitioner — whether delivered verbally, in writing, or through any other medium. This includes any business decision you make based on a practitioner’s input, any financial outcome of any engagement, and any dispute between you and any practitioner.

Hold Harmless: By requesting a referral, you agree to fully and permanently hold harmless and indemnify Schneider Axiom Institute LLC, its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from or related to your engagement with any referred practitioner.

Section 12Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within all SAI products — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, course materials, e-books, worksheets, tools, templates, and the Schneider Axiom methodology itself — is the exclusive property of Schneider Axiom Institute LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Protected proprietary assets include without limitation:

  • The SAI eBizBooks Series and all 21 volumes
  • The Axiom Leaders Circle name and community infrastructure
  • All white papers, publications, and academic documents
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased content for your personal or internal business purposes only.

You are strictly and absolutely prohibited from:
  • Copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing any SAI content with any person who has not purchased it
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any SAI content in any form

  • Removing any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from any SAI content
  • Using SAI content to develop, train, or improve any competing product, service, or AI system
  • Uploading SAI content to any file-sharing platform, public repository, or third-party distribution system

  • Using the SAI methodology as the basis for any credentialing, certification, or training program not expressly licensed by SAI
We enforce our intellectual property rights vigorously and without exception. Unauthorized use will result in immediate legal action including DMCA takedown, civil litigation, and pursuit of all available damages.

Section 13User Content and Diagnostic Confidentiality

User content includes all information you submit — diagnostic questionnaire responses, application answers, form submissions, emails, testimonials, reviews, and any other content you provide to SAI.

Your representations: By submitting any content, you represent and warrant that the content is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

License to SAI: By submitting testimonials, success stories, or similar content, you grant SAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with our business. If you do not wish your testimonial to be used publicly, notify us in writing at info@schneideraxiom.org at the time of submission.

Confidentiality of diagnostic responses: Your 81-question diagnostic responses are used solely to prepare your written finding. We do not sell, rent, or share your specific diagnostic answers with any third party except: with a matched practitioner if you request a referral; in aggregate, anonymized form for research or product improvement; or as required by law.

Section 14Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, credential revocation, removal from the Referral Network, and potential legal action:

  • Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information to SAI at any time
  • Impersonating Lawrence M. Schneider, any SAI employee, or any other person
  • Attempting unauthorized access to any SAI system, account, or data
  • Using any automated tool to access, scrape, or copy SAI content
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of our platform or methodology
  • Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Sharing account credentials with any other person
  • Using SAI products or content to build competing products or services
  • Misrepresenting credential status in any professional context
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing any SAI team member, practitioner, or other user
  • Using SAI services for any unlawful purpose
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code to our systems

Section 15Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS WEBSITE AND ALL SAI PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Schneider Axiom Institute LLC expressly disclaims all warranties including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that this website will be available at all times, that errors will be corrected, that our products will meet your specific expectations, or that any particular business result will be achieved. You use our website and products entirely at your own risk.

Section 16Results Disclaimer

SAI does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, profit improvements, or any other measurable business result.

The Schneider Axiom methodology is an educational framework for diagnosing and resolving business constraints. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, decisions, implementation quality, market conditions, and circumstances beyond our control. Testimonials, case studies, and examples on this website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee or even an implication that you will achieve the same or similar results.

By purchasing any SAI product, you acknowledge unconditionally that: you are solely responsible for your own results; SAI makes no guarantees of specific outcomes; past results do not guarantee future results; and testimonials represent individual experiences only.

Section 17Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCHNEIDER AXIOM INSTITUTE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR ANY SAI PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

This includes without limitation: lost profits or revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, personal injury, or property damage — regardless of the legal theory asserted and regardless of whether SAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms, this website, or any SAI product or service shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to SAI in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 18Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless Schneider Axiom Institute LLC, its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs — arising from or related to:

  • Your use of this website, any SAI product, or any SAI service
  • Your violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through this website
  • Your engagement with any practitioner through the Referral Network
  • Any business decision you make based on any SAI content, analysis, or recommendation
  • Your misrepresentation of your credential status or scope

This indemnification obligation is unconditional and survives the termination of these Terms and your use of our services.

Section 19Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim of any kind, you are required to contact SAI at info@schneideraxiom.org with a written description of the dispute and the specific resolution you are seeking. SAI will make a good-faith effort to respond within 30 days. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. This informal resolution step is mandatory and must be completed before any formal legal proceeding is initiated.

Governing Law: These Terms and all disputes arising from them — including disputes about their formation, interpretation, validity, or enforceability — shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States of America, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

Class Action Waiver: You irrevocably waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other consolidated or representative proceeding of any kind. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis only. This waiver is a material term of this agreement. If you do not agree to this waiver, do not use this website or purchase any product.

Time Limitation: Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or your use of any SAI product or service must be filed within one (1) year after the date the claim first arose. Any claim not filed within this one-year period is permanently and irrevocably barred, regardless of any applicable statute of limitations that might otherwise apply.

Section 20Termination

Termination by You: You may stop using this website at any time. Account deletion requests may be submitted to info@schneideraxiom.org. Termination does not entitle you to any refund beyond what is expressly provided in Section 7.

Termination by SAI: We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your account, revoke your credential, remove you from the Referral Network, and deny all future access to SAI products and services — at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice — including but not limited to situations where: you violate any provision of these Terms; you engage in fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or abusive conduct; your payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days; you initiate a chargeback; you misrepresent your credential; or your continued use creates legal, financial, or reputational risk to SAI.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you terminate immediately. Your access ends immediately. Any credential issued to you is suspended pending review. You must immediately cease all use of SAI credential designations, marks, and materials.

Section 21Modifications to Services

SAI reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website, any product, or any service at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to update course content, change pricing for future purchases, modify or remove features, and discontinue any product or service.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation. If we discontinue a product you have purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to provide continued access to that content or a suitable alternative.

Section 22Third-Party Links and Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment processors, scheduling platforms, course hosting systems, or other resources. These links are provided for convenience only. SAI does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for third-party content, products, services, or practices. Your use of any third-party platform is entirely at your own risk and subject to that platform’s terms and policies.

Section 23Communications

By providing your email address to SAI, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your purchase, account, or credential. You cannot unsubscribe from transactional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Do not send sensitive personal or financial information via email. SAI is not responsible for the security of information transmitted to us by email.

Section 24Affiliate Relationships and FTC Compliance

SAI operates a referral partner program through which independent professionals earn commissions for referring clients to SAI products and services. Affiliates are independent parties — not employees, agents, or representatives of SAI.

Required affiliate disclosure: All SAI affiliates are required to include the following disclosure — or a substantially equivalent statement — in any promotional content, email, social media post, video, podcast, or other communication that promotes SAI products:

“I may receive a commission if you purchase through my referral link. This does not affect the price you pay. I recommend SAI products because I believe in the methodology — not because of the commission.”

Failure to include this disclosure is a violation of FTC guidelines and a violation of the SAI affiliate agreement. SAI reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship where required disclosures are not made.

When SAI promotes, recommends, or partners with third-party products or services, we may receive compensation. We only recommend products we believe offer genuine value. Any such promotion does not constitute a guarantee of results and you are responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

Section 25Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Schneider Axiom Institute LLC.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Schneider Axiom Institute LLC regarding your use of this website and all SAI products and services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings on the same subject matter.

Section 26Force Majeure

SAI shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, pandemic, internet or telecommunications failure, or power outage. This provision does not excuse payment obligations.

Section 27Contact Information

All legal notices, questions, and concerns regarding these Terms of Service must be submitted in writing to:

Schneider Axiom Institute LLC
Email: info@schneideraxiom.org
Phone: 561-334-3778

We respond to substantive inquiries within one to two business days.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By using this website or purchasing any SAI product, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Service in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, your only recourse is to stop using this website and not purchase any product.
