SAI AUDIO LIBRARY

Listen to the SAI Body of Knowledge
You may not always have time to sit down and read. But that doesn't mean you have to stop learning.
Your commute. A flight. A walk. Time at the gym. The hour between meetings. Even a few quiet minutes at the end of the day.
The SAI Audio Library makes those moments another opportunity to explore the ideas, business problems, diagnostic distinctions, and questions examined throughout the SAI Body of Knowledge.
Listen to Compendiums when you want a deeper examination of a subject. Choose an eBizBook when a recognizable business problem catches your attention. Select a White Paper when one particular question or proposition is what you want to explore.
Read when reading works.
Listen when listening works.
Either way, you are engaging with the same SAI Body of Knowledge—and you can take it with you wherever your day goes.

THREE WAYS TO LISTEN TO THE SAI BODY OF KNOWLEDGE
Go deep. Start with a problem you recognize. Or choose a single question you want to examine.
COMPENDIUMS
When you want to understand a subject in depth.
Explore comprehensive treatments of major subjects within the Business Constraint Discipline—bringing related principles, diagnostic distinctions, and applications together for deeper examination and understanding.

eBIZBOOKS
When a business problem sounds uncomfortably familiar.
Start with recognizable situations business owners and leaders face every day—stalled growth, shrinking margins, execution problems, owner overload, strategic uncertainty, and other operating challenges—and explore what may actually be happening beneath them.

WHITE PAPERS
When one question is worth a closer look.
Choose from more than 160 focused examinations of the questions, assumptions, operating patterns, competing explanations, and diagnostic distinctions that shape how business problems are understood.
Start with the subject that matters to you. Examine the reasoning. Consider the evidence. And decide what you think.

LISTEN WHEN AND WHERE IT WORKS FOR YOU
Some of the best time to think may already be part of your day.
A question worth examining does not always arrive when you have time to sit down and read. Sometimes the opportunity to explore it comes while traveling, walking, exercising, between meetings, or during a quiet part of the day.
The SAI Audio Library gives you another way to use those moments—to go deeper into a subject, explore a business problem you recognize, or consider a question from a different perspective.
You choose what you want to explore. You choose when you want to listen.
And when reading works better, the written publication is there.
Different format. Same SAI Body of Knowledge.

THE SAI BODY OF KNOWLEDGE GOES WHERE YOU GO.
No new lesson to schedule. No particular place you need to be.
Just another way to make the SAI Body of Knowledge available when listening works for you.
5. LISTEN TO THE SAI COMPENDIUMS
Brief introduction explaining what distinguishes the Compendiums.
Then audio cards for each available volume.
Suggested audio card
Compendium Title
One-sentence description.
Listening Time: XX hours XX minutes
▶ LISTEN
READ / VIEW THE COMPENDIUM →
We currently have eight Compendium volumes, so this section should accommodate all eight as audio becomes available.
6. LISTEN TO THE SAI eBIZBOOKS
Short introduction emphasizing recognizable business situations and accessible learning.
Then individual audio cards:
Book Cover
Title
Short problem-recognition description.
Listening Time
▶ LISTEN
EXPLORE THE eBIZBOOK →
Because there are 21 eBizBooks, I would probably display them in a compact grid rather than a long single-column list.
7. LISTEN TO SAI WHITE PAPERS
This section requires somewhat different architecture because of scale.
We already have 160+ White Papers, so eventually putting every audio recording in an undifferentiated list would become unwieldy.
I would use:
SEARCH OR EXPLORE WHITE PAPER AUDIO
Then allow browsing using the existing 13 Primary Publication Categories from the White Paper Library.
Each available paper could show:
White Paper Title
Publication Category
Approximate Listening Time
▶ LISTEN
READ THE WHITE PAPER →
Most importantly, I would reuse the existing White Paper classification architecture rather than invent an Audio Library classification system.
8. READ OR LISTEN — THE CONTENT REMAINS THE SAME
This is worth a short section because it establishes what the audio product actually represents.
Something along these lines:
Different Format. Same Body of Knowledge.
SAI audio editions provide another way to engage with the Institute's published work. Whether you choose to read, listen, or use both formats, the publication remains part of the same SAI Body of Knowledge.
We will need to word this precisely depending on whether the audio is verbatim narration or an audio adaptation. That distinction matters.
9. HOW AUDIO FITS WITHIN THE SAI BODY OF KNOWLEDGE
A very short architecture graphic or text treatment:
COMPENDIUMS
Comprehensive Perspective
eBIZBOOKS
Accessible Business Problems & Operating Situations
WHITE PAPERS
Focused Examination
↓
ONE SAI BODY OF KNOWLEDGE
This reinforces the same architecture we established elsewhere without repeating an extensive explanation.
10. NEW TO THE BUSINESS CONSTRAINT DISCIPLINE?
This is useful for someone who discovers SAI through audio rather than through the main website.
Rather than explaining everything here:
New to SAI? Start with an introduction to the Business Constraint Discipline and why diagnosis should precede prescription.
UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS CONSTRAINT DISCIPLINE →
That sends them back into the core intellectual architecture.
11. CLOSING
I would make this extremely restrained.
LISTEN WHEN AND WHERE IT WORKS FOR YOU.
Compendiums · eBizBooks · White Papers
Then three buttons:
EXPLORE COMPENDIUMS
EXPLORE eBIZBOOKS
EXPLORE WHITE PAPERS
Recommended page flow
HERO → H1/INTRODUCTION → THREE AUDIO COLLECTIONS → PORTRAIT LIFESTYLE GRAPHIC → COMPENDIUM AUDIO → eBIZBOOK AUDIO → WHITE PAPER AUDIO → READ OR LISTEN → BODY OF KNOWLEDGE CONNECTION → NEW TO SAI? → CLOSING
I would not add testimonials, sales claims, the $89 Diagnostic, credentials, partner programs, or a conventional promotional CTA to this page.
The Audio Library has one very clean job:
Make the SAI Body of Knowledge easier to access by giving people the option to listen instead of—or in addition to—reading.
That simplicity is what can make this page unusually strong.
