READ THIS REFUND POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY SAI PRODUCT. By completing any purchase from Schneider Axiom Institute LLC, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund Policy in its entirety and agree to be bound by it without exception.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service controls.

Plain Language Summary — Read This First

One product has a refund window: The $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic. If you receive your written finding and believe it did not identify a clear, actionable constraint, you have 72 hours from delivery to request a full refund. After 72 hours, the window closes permanently.

Every other SAI product — FDC, CAS, CAE, and all SAI eBizBooks — is final sale. No refunds. No exceptions. No negotiations. If you are not certain, do not purchase. Review our free content. Section 1The $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic — 72-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

The $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic is the only SAI product eligible for a refund under any circumstances. We stand behind the diagnostic completely. If your written finding does not identify a clear, specific, and actionable governing constraint, you should not pay for it.

Eligibility requirements — all must be met:

You have completed all 81 questions of the Business Constraint Diagnostic
You have received your written diagnostic finding by email
You are requesting the refund within 72 hours of the time of delivery — not 72 hours from when you read it, but 72 hours from when it was delivered to your inbox
Your refund request is submitted by email to info@schneideraxiom.org
This is your first refund request for the $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic — one refund per person, per email address, per billing address, and per payment method, ever

The 72-hour window is absolute. It begins the moment your written finding is delivered to your email address — not the moment you open it, not the moment you read it, not the moment you decide you disagree with it. If your finding was delivered to your spam or junk folder, the 72-hour window began at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to check all folders promptly after completing the diagnostic.

After 72 Hours From Delivery — No Refund. No Exceptions. No Extensions.

What the guarantee covers and does not cover:

Covered: You received your finding and believe it did not identify a specific, actionable structural constraint in your business
Not covered: You disagree with the finding but it is specific and actionable
Not covered: You did not read the finding within 72 hours of delivery
Not covered: You completed the diagnostic with incomplete, inaccurate, or dishonest answers and believe the finding reflects that
Not covered: You changed your mind about wanting the diagnostic after receiving the finding
Not covered: You have already received a refund on a prior $89 diagnostic purchase under any account, email address, or payment method

One refund per person, permanently. If you have previously received a refund on the $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic under any email address, billing address, or payment method, you are not eligible for another refund on any future diagnostic purchase. Attempting to circumvent this limitation by using a different email address or payment method constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account termination.

Section 2Credential Programs — Absolute No-Refund Policy

FDC — $697 · CAS — $1,997 · CAE — $4,997 · All Sales Final. No Refunds. No Exceptions.

All three SAI credential programs — the Foundational Diagnostic Credential, the Certified Axiom Strategist, and the Certified Axiom Executive — are digital products with immediate access upon purchase. The no-refund policy on these programs is absolute, unconditional, and without exception of any kind.

No refund will be issued regardless of:

Change of mind after purchase — at any point, for any reason
Failure to complete the coursework
Failure to pass the assessment
Failure to earn the credential
Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the course content, format, or delivery
Lack of time, competing priorities, or changed personal or business circumstances
Financial hardship or inability to continue
Technical difficulties on your end, including inability to access the platform, incompatible devices, or internet connectivity issues
Duplicate purchases — if you purchase the same program twice in error, contact us immediately at info@schneideraxiom.org before accessing the second enrollment. We will review duplicate purchase situations only if reported before course access is initiated on the second enrollment
Any other reason whatsoever

Why this policy is absolute: The credential programs are comprehensive digital products. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to all course materials, all 21 volumes of the SAI eBizBooks Series, all tools and templates, and all assessment infrastructure. This access cannot be revoked and re-granted. The investment is yours the moment you enroll.

More fundamentally — the professionals who achieve meaningful results with the SAI methodology are those who commit fully without reservation. This policy reflects the commitment that the methodology requires. If you are not ready to commit, do not enroll.

Before you enroll in any credential program, we strongly recommend:

Completing the $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic to experience the methodology directly before investing in a credential program
Reviewing the full program description on the product page
Reading our free white papers — particularly Document One and Document Five

Once you enroll, you are committed. The decision cannot be reversed. Make it with full information and full intention.

Section 3SAI eBizBooks Series — All Sales Final

All SAI eBizBooks — Vol. 1 ($2.99) Through Vol. 21 ($9.99) — All Sales Final. No Refunds. No Exceptions.

All 21 volumes of the SAI eBizBooks Series are digital products delivered by download link immediately upon purchase. No refunds will be issued on any eBizBooks purchase under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with content
Duplicate purchases
Technical difficulties accessing the download
Any other reason

Vol. 1 — Choke Point — is priced at $2.99 specifically to allow you to evaluate the SAI methodology and Larry Schneider’s voice before investing in higher-priced volumes or credential programs. If you are uncertain whether the series is right for you, start with Vol. 1. The $2.99 purchase is final. There are no refunds even at the entry-level price point.

Section 4Practitioner Referral Network

SAI charges no fee to request a referral through the Practitioner Referral Network. There is no payment and therefore no refund applicable at the SAI level.

If you engage a certified practitioner through the network and pay fees directly to that practitioner, any refund or dispute regarding those fees is a matter exclusively between you and the practitioner. Schneider Axiom Institute LLC is not a party to any engagement agreement between you and a practitioner, is not responsible for practitioner services or outcomes, and will not mediate, arbitrate, or resolve financial disputes between clients and practitioners.

Section 5Coffee with Larry

Coffee with Larry is a free 15-minute call with Lawrence M. Schneider. There is no charge and therefore no refund applicable.

Section 6Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, credit card issuer, or payment platform without first contacting SAI is a material violation of these Terms and this Refund Policy.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute on any SAI purchase, we will:

Immediately and permanently suspend your account and all associated access
Immediately revoke access to all products and services associated with the disputed payment
Revoke any credential issued to you pending resolution of the dispute
Remove you from the SAI Practitioner Referral Network
Contest the chargeback vigorously with full documentation of your purchase, access history, delivery confirmation, and these Terms
Pursue all available legal remedies to recover the disputed amount plus any fees, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the chargeback
Permanently prohibit you from making any future purchase from SAI

We are direct and we resolve legitimate issues quickly. If you have a concern about a charge, email info@schneideraxiom.org before contacting your bank. We will respond within one to two business days.

Section 7How to Submit a Refund Request

The $89 Business Constraint Diagnostic is the only product for which a refund request will be accepted. All refund requests must be submitted by email — no phone requests, no chat requests, no social media requests.

The date and time your written finding was delivered

Requests that do not include all required information will not be processed. Requests submitted after the 72-hour window will not be processed regardless of the reason for the delay.

Section 8Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — no cash, no check, no alternative payment method
Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer
PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
We will confirm approved refunds by email within 2–3 business days of receiving a complete, eligible request

Section 9No Exceptions

There Are No Exceptions to This Refund Policy.

The following do not constitute grounds for an exception, a courtesy refund, a partial refund, a store credit, or any other form of compensation:

Personal hardship of any kind
Medical circumstances
Business failure or closure
Dissatisfaction with the methodology
Failure to achieve expected business results
Disagreement with a diagnostic finding
Advice from a third party that the product was not right for you
Inability to access course materials due to circumstances on your end
Missing the 72-hour window by any amount of time for any reason
A request from an attorney, advocate, or other representative acting on your behalf
Any other circumstance not expressly covered by the 72-hour diagnostic guarantee in Section 1

This policy exists because our products are designed for people who are fully committed to the work. If you purchased without full commitment and now wish you had not, that is a decision to learn from — not a basis for a refund.

No SAI employee, representative, or Lawrence M. Schneider himself has the authority to grant an exception to this Refund Policy outside of the 72-hour diagnostic guarantee. Any communication suggesting otherwise is unauthorized and will not be honored.

Section 10Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Refund Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions of our Terms of Service, including the mandatory informal resolution step, South Carolina jurisdiction, and class action waiver.
